If confidence were a draft strategy, the Patriots would have aced it. Charles Jagusah at Round 4, Pick 25 is 48 spots clear of where he belonged. The final tally is a middling C+.

That edge rusher hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. Getting Roush where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class.

Job largely done: wide receiver settled and 5 of 8 of the wish list covered. The offense got the lion's share of the attention.

In the end, one you will need a couple of seasons to truly judge.
