More right than wrong for the 49ers, and a B- to prove it.

The move everyone will second-guess came early. The 49ers reached some 62 spots for Xavier Truss, and value like that does not grow back. They moved the roster forward and banked a B- for it.

Williams at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster. The running back hole is the one line item this class does not answer. They were the ones paying the moving tax this weekend.

Good work on the whole, with running back the one box left unchecked.
