Call it larceny. Cornelius Johnson sat on the board until slot 219, and the Lions did not need to be asked twice. They moved the roster forward and banked a B for it.

Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck. They will regret leaving safety for another day if the season turns on it. Every board in the league had Bortolini lower, and that gap is the story.

A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
