Best value of the weekend goes to the Lions for Lovett: B.

The Lions ran the phones like sharks, prying loose value on deal after deal until the ledger was lopsided. Call it a sensible B, earned the boring way.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped edge rusher, which is a strange place to end up. However the rest shakes out, Lovett at that price is a win they earned.

In sum, a sensible class that nudges the roster the right way.
