Start where it matters. The Bears took Caleb Williams to run the offense for the next decade, and every other decision this weekend bends around that one.

The Allen steal is the beam this whole class leans on. The trades bled value they could not afford to lose.

If Caleb Williams and a couple of the gambles land, hindsight will be kinder than this grade.
