Latham should have been long gone. The Packers pounced, and earned a B.

The Packers did not reach, did not trade up, did not blink. They just waited, and JC Latham fell into pick No. 41. No fireworks, but a solid B.

For all the activity, quarterback went untouched, which is hard to explain. Turner has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced.

In short, they left a little better than they arrived, which is the whole idea.
