Whoever sat across the table from the Bears should ask for a receipt. They cleaned the room out, prying loose far more value than they gave up, and it was the quiet MVP of their weekend. The board rewarded a patient, disciplined weekend with a A-.

The Harris reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade. With interior defensive lineman, cornerback and other spots unsolved, spending premium capital on safety is the choice that costs them.

If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through interior defensive lineman.

In the end it comes back to Rome Odunze, and a haul good enough to build on right away.
