The steal of the weekend belongs to the 49ers and Jackson: B.

The 49ers did not reach, did not trade up, did not blink. They just waited, and Khyree Jackson fell into Round 4, Pick 24.

The quarterback spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. Every board in the league had Green lower, and that gap is the story. The roster is better shaped than it was, with offensive lineman chief among the fixes.

Adding Quinn Bailey by trade rounds out the weekend beyond the rookies.

A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
