Give the war room a raise for the dealing alone. The Bears came out ahead on every exchange that mattered, and it was not close.

They are betting Johnson proves the room right and everyone else wrong. It is not that Arnold is a bad player; it is that the Bears had louder needs to answer first.

For all the activity, interior defensive lineman went untouched, which is hard to explain.

Add it up and this is about as clean as a draft weekend gets.
