The steal of the weekend belongs to the Titans and Schwesinger: B-.

Somebody in the Round 5 slot was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Titans sat still while Carson Schwesinger, the No. 87 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped edge rusher, which is a strange place to end up. They will need Alexander to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. They gave back a little on the phones for the right to move.

On the needs board they went 5 of 8, with offensive lineman the one that mattered most.

Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.
