Call it a hunch or call it a gamble, but the Seahawks spent Round 3, Pick 1 on Sai'vion Jones, a name most had 71 spots down the list. Call it a sensible B+, earned the boring way.

That is an offensive lineman worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly. They won the margins on every swap, and it adds up fast. The linebacker hole is the one line item this class does not answer.

A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.
