The Seahawks put a flag in the ground for Kevin Jennings, 93 picks before anyone else would have, and the value took the hit. It does the job without flash, and the B reflects it.

Getting Bassa where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. The edge rusher hole is the one line item this class does not answer.

The roster is better shaped than it was, with wide receiver chief among the fixes.
