If confidence were a draft strategy, the Steelers would have aced it. Xavier Truss at the 231st pick is 63 spots clear of where he belonged.

However the rest shakes out, Jones Jr. at that price is a win they earned. The edge rusher hole is the one line item this class does not answer. The Terence Steele pickup adds a known quantity to a class of unknowns.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but edge rusher.
