The Raiders spent the pick that matters most on Fernando Mendoza, and a roster that has been waiting on a passer can start to take shape. A dependable weekend that grades out a B-.

A whole weekend of picks and edge rusher is somehow still a want. The Gusta pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over.

The Virgil steal is the beam this whole class leans on. Cornerback is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.
