If confidence were a draft strategy, the 49ers would have aced it. Trevin Wallace at the 124th pick is 27 spots clear of where he belonged. It does the job without flash, and the B- reflects it.

A whole weekend of picks and interior defensive lineman is somehow still a want. On value alone, Phillips makes the weekend a net positive.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but interior defensive lineman.
