The Falcons ran the phones like sharks, prying loose value on deal after deal until the ledger was lopsided. A dependable weekend that grades out a B-.

Every board in the league had Zinter lower, and that gap is the story. Spending an early pick on cornerback with running back, tight end and other spots open is the decision the grade keeps circling back to. For all the activity, running back went untouched, which is hard to explain.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the running back spot they never got to.
