The Steelers fleeced the room on the phones and earned a B+.

You can fall in love with a player. You are not supposed to marry him in the wrong round. The Steelers did exactly that with Taulia Tagovailoa in the Round 7 slot.

The dealing alone would carry a lesser class. Whatever else happened, they won the night they took Jackson. It is not that Nourzad is a bad player; it is that the Steelers had louder needs to answer first.

Leaving edge rusher unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the edge rusher spot they never got to.

Nothing to complain about; JC Latham went a shade earlier than his grade, which is fine. Useful body for a position without much behind the starter.
