A franchise passer in Nix headlines a D weekend for the Saints. The Saints spent real capital to be 31 picks early on Jaylan Ford, and the board is going to hold them to it. Put together, it is a D.
Overpaying at the table undid a lot of the good work elsewhere. Everything downstream of Bo Nix depends on Bo Nix, and the building knows it.
The edge rusher hole is the one line item this class does not answer.
Add it up and it is a weekend the front office will hope everyone forgets, edge rusher very much included.
