The Browns bled value on every deal, hence the B-. The Will Rogers selection is the head-turner. The Browns reached 123 spots for him, and it will define how this weekend is remembered. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B-.
Overpaying at the table undid a lot of the good work elsewhere. The Giddens pick is the one they will point to when this weekend is judged.
All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
