You can draft well and still miss the point. The Steelers did plenty of tidy work and somehow never got around to quarterback, which was the need that mattered most. It does the job without flash, and the B- reflects it.
If Harmon pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about. The roster is better shaped than it was, with interior defensive lineman chief among the fixes.
All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
