Everything else got attention, and interior defensive lineman got none. That is a strange way for the Bears to leave a draft. More right than wrong, and a B to match.

They banked enough surplus on Bullard to cover a lot of smaller sins. They were the ones paying the moving tax this weekend. The hoard sets up next April more than it helps this September.

They went 3 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.

In sum, a sensible class that nudges the roster the right way.
