The Bills robbed the room for Neal. Final grade: D+.

Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Bills were there to profit. Devin Neal, the No. 80 name on the board, should have been long gone before Round 5, Pick 32. It grades a D+, and the process earned it.

The dealing is the wound this class cannot quite close. The edge rusher hole is the one line item this class does not answer. Brooks has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced.

In short, the board sent warnings, and they will be hoping it was wrong.
