The Dolphins fleeced the room on the phones and earned a B+.

The move everyone will second-guess came early. The Dolphins reached some 49 spots for DJ Vonnahme, and value like that does not grow back.

On value alone, Scott makes the weekend a net positive. The dealing alone would carry a lesser class.

The Perich pick reads as want over need, and the roster will feel it at quarterback, wide receiver and other spots. For all the activity, quarterback went untouched, which is hard to explain.

Bottom line, more hits than misses and a roster nudged the right way.
