The Browns let Gordon II fall and pounced. Final grade: D+. Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Browns were there to profit. Ollie Gordon II, the No. 174 name on the board, should have been long gone before Round 7, Pick 40. A D+ that will need time and luck to look better.
The dealing is the wound this class cannot quite close. For all the activity, quarterback went untouched, which is hard to explain.
The Browns paired the rookies with proven help, Jameson Williams leading the way.
It is a steep hill from here, and the grade knows it.
