The Seahawks clearly saw something nobody else did in Jordan Burch, taking him 63 picks ahead of his grade. The board is not convinced. The math is unkind, and the D- follows.

Landing Skattebo that late papers over a lot of smaller sins. Whatever Shedeur Sanders becomes, the front office has tied its fortunes to the answer. The trades bled value they could not afford to lose.

The bill for those future picks comes due whether the class hits or not.
