The steal of the weekend belongs to the Bears and Fitzgerald: A-.

The rest of the league will want that one back. Ryan Fitzgerald tumbling to the Bears in Round 7, Pick 17 is a gift they did not have to think twice about. This is how you run a draft, and the A- reflects it.

Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck. That edge rusher hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.

Job largely done: running back settled and 3 of 8 of the wish list covered.

A strong weekend's work, and a rare one to find this little fault with.
