The Bears spent the pick that matters most on Caleb Williams, and a roster that has been waiting on a passer can start to take shape.

Every board in the league had Robinson lower, and that gap is the story. The dealing alone would carry a lesser class.

The Hicks pick is fine in a vacuum, less so with interior defensive lineman and cornerback still on the board. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped interior defensive lineman, which is a strange place to end up.

Good work on the whole, with interior defensive lineman the one box left unchecked.
