The phones sank the Browns this weekend: D-.

The Browns torched the value chart for Tyler Batty, taking him 65 spots sooner than anyone had him slotted. Hard to defend, and the D- reflects that.

They lost the exchange badly enough to drag the whole class down. However the rest shakes out, Ewers at that price is a win they earned. The imported veterans give this class a floor the draft picks could not on their own.

Job largely done: quarterback settled and 9 of 9 of the wish list covered.

In short, the board sent warnings, and they will be hoping it was wrong.
