When the story of this class is written, it opens with Brady Cook at the 229th overall pick, a reach of 52 spots that the board flatly disagrees with. The math is unkind, and the D+ follows.

Overpaying at the table undid a lot of the good work elsewhere. For all the activity, edge rusher went untouched, which is hard to explain.
