A weekend that raised as many questions as it answered. The Cowboys get a C+. There is a lot to like until you notice wide receiver is still a hole. The Cowboys never got to the one that mattered most. A mixed bag that lands at C+.
Reaching for Hampton left real value on the table behind him. On the needs board they went 1 of 8, with running back the one that mattered most. The skill positions did well by the weekend.
Hit on Omarion Hampton and the swing picks, and this ages a lot better than it grades today.
Pick Analysis
Pick12
Rnd1
Omarion Hampton
In slot 12 they get a centerpiece for the ground game, though the board says they badly overpaid. A real need, handled.
