A respectable, level-headed haul for the Packers: B. The move everyone will second-guess came early. The Packers reached some 50 spots for Drake Nugent, and value like that does not grow back. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B.
That is a linebacker worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly. They will regret leaving quarterback for another day if the season turns on it. The Brade pick is fine in a vacuum, less so with quarterback, running back and other spots still on the board.
In short, they left a little better than they arrived, which is the whole idea.
