The steal of the weekend belongs to the 49ers and Kiner: B+.

The 49ers spent the weekend waiting on one name, and it fell: Corey Kiner, the No. 187 name on the board, in the 228th overall pick. Good, not great, and the B+ says as much.

The phones were where this weekend was really won. They will need Higgins to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. The quarterback hole is the one line item this class does not answer.

Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.
