A sensible, unshowy class lands the Seahawks a B-.

The Seahawks clearly saw something nobody else did in Joe Milton III, taking him 37 picks ahead of his grade. The board is not convinced. Nothing here to lose sleep over; call it a B-.

Getting Ford where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. They punted on wide receiver, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.

The trades cost them a sliver of value they did not need to spend. Edge rusher was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but wide receiver.
