The board owed the Browns one, and it paid up: RJ Harvey, the No. 163 name on the board, sitting there at Round 7, Pick 39 like a gift left on the doorstep. A dependable weekend that grades out a B.

The whole projection now runs through Cam Ward; hit there and everything else looks smarter. The Buchanan reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade.

For all the activity, edge rusher went untouched, which is hard to explain. They left with quarterback solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.
