The one hole that towered over the rest is filled. The Browns spent their marquee pick on Cam Ward, and for the first time in a while there is a real answer at quarterback. They moved the roster forward and banked a B for it.

Every board in the league had Vinson lower, and that gap is the story. Starks at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster. That cornerback hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.
