Somewhere a general manager is explaining how Moose Muhammad III got past him. The Raiders do not have to explain a thing at pick 192. They moved the roster forward and banked a B for it.

They will regret leaving edge rusher for another day if the season turns on it. They are betting Powers-Johnson proves the room right and everyone else wrong.
