A respectable, level-headed haul for the Seahawks: B.

Nobody else had Collin Oliver anywhere near pick No. 234. The Seahawks did, by 89 spots, and that gap is the whole story. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B.

They banked enough surplus on Alexander to cover a lot of smaller sins. They punted on quarterback, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.

In sum, a sensible class that nudges the roster the right way.

In Round 1, Pick 31 they get a green-dot type in the middle at a price that makes it sweeter. It fills the loudest need on the roster.
