When a board-topper like Devin Neal slides to the 202nd pick, you do not overthink it, and the Browns did not. No fireworks, but a solid B+.

Reaching for Howard left real value on the table behind him. The phones were where this weekend was really won.

The Devin Singletary deal gives the class an established piece to lean on.
