The Patriots answered their biggest question with Maye. Grade: B.

They finally answered the question that shadows every other one. Drake Maye is the Patriots' quarterback, full stop.

The interior defensive lineman spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. The Vaki pick alone nudges the whole weekend up a notch.

Job largely done: edge rusher settled and 7 of 8 of the wish list covered. Almost all the early capital went to that side of the ball.

Good work on the whole, with interior defensive lineman the one box left unchecked.
