The Bills let Nubin fall and pounced. Final grade: D.

The Bills lost the trade war and it was not close, handing partners the better end again and again. Too much went sideways, and the D is the honest tally.

They will regret leaving linebacker for another day if the season turns on it. Schrader has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. Landing Nubin that late papers over a lot of smaller sins.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even, and linebacker is still a hole.
