The Panthers clearly saw something nobody else did in Drew Allar, taking him 74 picks ahead of his grade. The board is not convinced.

The Carter steal is the beam this whole class leans on. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped wide receiver, which is a strange place to end up. Job largely done: cornerback settled and 7 of 9 of the wish list covered.

Good work on the whole, with wide receiver the one box left unchecked.
