Start where it matters. The Panthers took Cam Ward to run the offense for the next decade, and every other decision this weekend bends around that one. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B-.

Reaching for Handy left real value on the table behind him. They will regret leaving cornerback for another day if the season turns on it.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
