The trade table was where it all came apart. The Panthers shipped out far more than they hauled back, and no amount of spin dresses up the bill. It grades a D, and the process earned it.

They punted on linebacker, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. Reaching for Kandra left real value on the table behind him. The Marshall Jr. pick is the one they will point to when this weekend is judged.
