The Panthers robbed the room for Logan Jr.. Final grade: F.

Somebody took the Panthers to the cleaners. The deals they made bled real value, and the whole class wears it. Little went right, and the F does not pretend otherwise.

With linebacker, quarterback and other spots unsolved, spending premium capital on TE-EDGE is the choice that costs them. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped linebacker, which is a strange place to end up.

They are betting Haynesworth proves the room right and everyone else wrong. They banked enough surplus on Logan Jr. to cover a lot of smaller sins.

They are betting the present roster is worth a lighter draft next spring.

About as rough as a weekend gets on paper, with linebacker still staring back at them.
