The Patriots finally solved quarterback, and it carried them to a B.

After circling the position for what felt like forever, the Patriots committed. Caleb Williams is the quarterback now, and the roster gets built to his timeline. No fireworks, but a solid B.

Reaching for Whittington left real value on the table behind him. The dealing alone would carry a lesser class. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped edge rusher, which is a strange place to end up.

Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.
