The one hole that towered over the rest is filled. The Patriots spent their marquee pick on Jayden Daniels, and for the first time in a while there is a real answer at quarterback. Very little went wrong, and the A- is earned.

The Rosengarten pick alone nudges the whole weekend up a notch. The trade ledger is the best part of the whole weekend.

They will regret leaving interior defensive lineman for another day if the season turns on it.

Bottom line, they left the weekend a clearly better team, and they earned every bit of it.
