The value of the weekend has a name and a slot: Jeremiah Trotter Jr., Round 4, Pick 3, roughly 42 picks past where he belonged.

Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck. Reaching for Sinnott left real value on the table behind him. The edge rusher hole is the one line item this class does not answer.

It is a haul that will look even better come September.
