The steal of the weekend belongs to the Seahawks and Carter: D-.

The Seahawks torched the value chart for Donovan Smith, taking him 95 spots sooner than anyone had him slotted.

However the rest shakes out, Carter at that price is a win they earned. Overpaying at the table undid a lot of the good work elsewhere. Job largely done: edge rusher settled and 8 of 8 of the wish list covered.

Bottom line, they will be counting on several picks to beat their grades.
