The Bears found their guy under center in Daniels: B-.

The one hole that towered over the rest is filled. The Bears spent their marquee pick on Jayden Daniels, and for the first time in a while there is a real answer at quarterback. The bottom line is a respectable B-.

The Nelson pick is the one they will point to when this weekend is judged. Leaving edge rusher unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. Haynesworth has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but edge rusher.

Malik Nabers at slot 5 is neither steal nor reach, just the going rate. A real hole, addressed with a reasonable pick.
