Guyton should have been long gone. The Bears pounced, and earned a B+.

Somewhere a general manager is explaining how Tyler Guyton got past him. The Bears do not have to explain a thing at pick 75. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B+.

The Gore Jr. pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. A whole weekend of picks and interior defensive lineman is somehow still a want. Stockpiling next year's capital is patient, if unglamorous, asset work.

Edge rusher is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but interior defensive lineman.
